James Mott

James Mott has over 18 years experience working both as a consultant and in full-time positions with companies in various finance, corporate development and business development roles.  Currently, Mr. Mott is Managing Partner in Directeur LLC and Immobilier Fund I, II and LVB LLC.

In his previous roles Mr. Mott was instrumental in raising more than $50M of private equity for various ventures.  Today Mr. Mott is focused on real estate development in Southern California as well as Arizona, Colorado and Nevada.

Mr. Mott holds a  BA from the University of Colorado, his MBA in Finance with honors from San Francisco University, and is a past Board Member of the San Francisco chapter of the Young Entrepreneurs Organization.

Scott DeGoler

Scott DeGoler has over 17 years experience working in the real estate field with various companies specializing in office, commercial and residential throughout the United States.  Most recently, Mr. DeGoler is Managing Partner in Directeur LLC and Immobilier Fund I, II and LVB LLC.

In his previous roles Mr. DeGoler was a founding partner of a boutique Residential Land Brokerage office in San Diego, O’Donnell Atkins (firm did ~$1.5 Billion in transactions in 2005), and a principal in a specialty chemical manufacturer with 7 plants around the United States and European distribution (sold the business to $8B SCA in 2002). Today Mr. DeGoler is focused on financing and development in the Southwest United States while residing in the San Diego area.

Mr. DeGoler holds a BA from the University of Colorado (MBA credits) while being a Captain for the 1990 National Championship football team
