James Mott has over 20 years experience working both as a consultant and in full-time positions with companies in various finance, corporate development and business development roles. Currently, Mr. Mott is Managing Partner in Directeur LLC and the Immobilier Funds, and President of PropertyADVANTAGE.
In his previous roles Mr. Mott was instrumental in raising more than $50M of private equity for various ventures. Today Mr. Mott is focused on real estate business development in Southern California as well as Arizona, Colorado and Nevada.
Mr. Mott holds a BA from the University of Colorado, his MBA in Finance with honors from San Francisco University, and is a past Board Member of the San Francisco chapter of the Young Entrepreneurs Organization.
