We’re an opportunistic real estate investment and development company. Its primary focus is on residential real estate and investments and considers all assets types. The business segments of the company are as follows:

Immobilier Funds Investment
In 2003, Immobilier Funds afford accredited investors a favorable return on their investment. Since then other Immobilier Funds have been formed for various real estate opportunities.  The Funds offer investors the opportunity to invest for profit in the purchase, renovation and/or exit sale of residential and commercial properties in Nevada to California. Through time, various Funds are retired enabling new Funds to begin. Immobilier Funds offers investors to invest in Southern California residential and commercial real estate for monthly cash flow from the rental proceeds. Specific Immobilier Funds are created for multi-family purchases with principal and general partners.

Project Sourcing and Development
The company seeks out opportunities to acquire, entitle, re-position or develop real estate in southern California and other parts of the Western U.S. We are experienced in all phases of the process including project conception, feasibility analysis and underwriting, negotiations, entitlements, development, market positioning, and dispositions.

Strategic Partnerships
Through its network of capital source, Immobilier Funds has working partnerships with various capital/debt partners, project consultants, home builders and governmental jurisdictions. Each project is unique requiring varying project teams. Each project is assessed for the best team giving us most likely probability for a successful exit.

Project Investments (Re-development)
Through its deal flow network, Immobilier Funds seeks investment opportunities where the deal works today for an investment project but may later have a better, higher use through re-development. The investor has the option of holding the asset as an investment and later as a partner for the profit on the re-development.

We also have specific Immobilier Funds to buy and hold for current cash flow with an anticipated equity increase over time.
