2.5 acres – redeveloped to 48 apartments

Infill redevelopment of older homes and 2 different ownerships on 3 different land parcels into 40 affordable apartments.  Entitlement took time with various governmental agency requirements.  The various properties were negotiated and bought separately to consolidate a larger piece of land.  Each old property owner received an above market rate price for their property while permitting the redevelopment of a larger site into one of Santee’s finest affordable apartment communities for 48 families.  A Win-Win for everyone!
