James Mott

James Mott has over 25 years experience working both as a consultant and in full-time positions with companies in various finance, corporate development and business development roles. Currently, Mr. Mott is Managing Partner in Immobilier Funds, and Founder of PropertyADVANTAGE.

In his previous roles Mr. Mott was instrumental in raising more than $50M of private equity for various ventures. Today Mr. Mott is focused on real estate business development in Southern California as well as Arizona, Colorado and Nevada.

Mr. Mott holds a BA from the University of Colorado, his MBA in Finance with honors from San Francisco University, and is a past Board Member of the San Francisco chapter of the Young Entrepreneurs Organization.

Scott DeGoler

Scott DeGoler has over 25 years experience working in the real estate field with various companies specializing in office, commercial and residential throughout the United States. Most recently, Mr. DeGoler is President/CEO of PropertyADVANTAGE, Partner in the Immobilier Funds, and Founder of PacBLU Realty brokerage.

In his previous roles Mr. DeGoler was a founding partner of a boutique Residential Land Brokerage office in San Diego, O’Donnell Atkins (firm did ~$1 Billion in transactions in 2005), and a principal in a specialty chemical manufacturer with 7 plants around the United States and European distribution (sold the business to $8B SCA in 2002). Today Mr. DeGoler is focused on real estate financing and development in the Southwest United States while residing in the San Diego area. He has completed over $200M in renovation residential transactions.

Mr. DeGoler holds a BA from the University of Colorado (MBA credits) while a coaches’ Captain and letterman for the 1990 National Championship football team. He is married with triplet children.
