Scott DeGoler has over 20 years experience working in the real estate field with various companies specializing in office, commercial and residential throughout the United States. Most recently, Mr. DeGoler is Managing Partner in Directeur LLC and the Immobilier Funds.
In his previous roles Mr. DeGoler was a founding partner of a boutique Residential Land Brokerage office in San Diego, O’Donnell Atkins (firm did ~$1 Billion in transactions in 2005), and a principal in a specialty chemical manufacturer with 7 plants around the United States and European distribution (sold the business to $8B SCA in 2002). Today Mr. DeGoler is focused on financing and development in the Southwest United States while residing in the San Diego area. He has completed over $50M in renovation residential transactions while a founder of PropertyADVANTAGE and PacBLU Realty.
Mr. DeGoler holds a BA from the University of Colorado (MBA credits) while a coaches’ Captain and letterman for the 1990 National Championship football team.
