Immobilier Funds has acquired July 24, 2026 two workforce housing apartment communities totaling 36 units in La Mesa for a combined purchase price of $8.18 mil ($227k/unit). The assets were sold by a single seller that had owned the properties for over a decade.
The properties, located at 7932-40 La Mesa Blvd and 4940 Comanche Dr, sold for $4 mil and $4.2 mil, respectively.
Immobilier plans to invest significant capital into both properties, including major plumbing, electrical and roofing improvements, energy-efficient windows, modern fixtures, landscaping, exterior enhancements, interior renovations as units become available, and complete rebranding.
